Privacy Policy

This policy describes what GLP1 Guide (powerpocketz.com) collects and how it's used. Short version: as little as possible, sold to no one.

What we collect

Email and first name, if you give them to us — to send you the free meal plan and occasional related content. Every email includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately. When you submit the signup form we also record the date, your IP address, and your browser type. This is standard practice and exists for one reason: it's the proof of consent that email providers require, so we can demonstrate you actually asked to hear from us. It is never used to track you around the web, and it's never shared. Basic analytics — anonymous, aggregated page statistics (pages visited, referral source, device type) to understand what content helps people. We do not build individual profiles.

What we don't do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not collect health information. We are a publication, not a healthcare provider — anything you share with a telehealth service after clicking a link is governed by that service's own privacy policy and HIPAA notices, not ours.

Affiliate links & cookies

When you click an affiliate link, the destination company may set cookies to attribute your visit. That tracking is governed by their policies. Our own site uses only functional and anonymous-analytics cookies.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from any email in one click, or email [email protected] to have your data deleted. California residents may exercise CCPA rights via the same address.
