What we collect.

• Email address — only when you submit it through a form on this site.
• Technical information submitted with that form — your IP address, approximate country, browser user-agent string, the page you submitted from, and the referring page. We collect these to verify that consent was given legitimately and to prevent abuse.
• Analytics data — we use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Microsoft Clarity. These collect usage information such as pages viewed, time on page, approximate location, device and browser type, and interaction events. Clarity may record anonymised session interactions such as clicks and scrolling.

Why we collect it. To send you the vetted list and related emails you asked for, to understand which content is useful, and to keep records showing that subscribers consented.

How we store it. Form submissions are stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to the site owner. Email addresses may also be stored in an email service provider used to send our emails. We keep data only as long as needed for these purposes.

Who we share it with. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your email address with the panels or companies mentioned on this site. Data is processed by our service providers — Google (Sheets, Tag Manager, Analytics), Microsoft (Clarity), and our email service provider — solely to provide those services.

Affiliate links and third parties. Links on this site may take you to third-party websites, including affiliate partners. Once you leave our site, their privacy policies apply, not ours. Clicking an affiliate link may allow that company to set cookies or record that the visit came from us.

Your choices. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing [email protected] and we’ll remove it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your information — email us and we’ll honour them.

Children. This site isn’t intended for anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect information from children.

Cookies. We don’t set advertising cookies ourselves. Our analytics tools set cookies to measure usage; you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Changes. If this policy changes, the date above changes with it.
