You are recorded using a website and saying what confuses you. Companies want testers who are not fluent in every interface, which is a polite way of saying they want people who are not 25.

That makes being over 50 a genuine qualification rather than something to work around. Tests pay well per minute; the catch is that they arrive irregularly.

Becoming an influencer at 55 is possible and it is not a side hustle. It is a second career with a long unpaid apprenticeship and no guarantee at the end.

If you want it, want it for itself. Do not take it up because a list told you it was passive income.
